Green and Clean Movement at the Science Museum
The National Museum of Science and Technology has launched a 'Cleanup and Greening Campaign'. A special campaign was launched on Tuesday, August 24 with the help of officers and employees of all levels of the museum to make the premises of the organization clean and green.
Under the leadership of Mohammad Munir Chowdhury, the Director General of the museum along with the officers and employees of all levels started the work of weeding and removing the waste, levelling the rugged places and creating greenery all around. During the two-hour drive, everyone worked spontaneously to make the museum campus aesthetic in a joyous atmosphere.
In this context, the Director General of the museum said, “Science museum is being developed as an Eden of endless beauty. The pleasure of working in the field is much more than that in a confined environment in the office. If every government official and employee spends their time in cleaning their office premises and protecting the environment, it will not only provide physical and mental stimulation, but will also create endless motivation by eliminating laziness and inertia. We want to decorate the science museum as does an artist's brush, so that it creates a unique environment for students with a combination of science and life.”
